Machine Description

The QI SL1300 is a high-speed reel slitting machine built for consistent, precise cutting of paper rolls at scale, with an unwinding diameter of less than 1300 mm and a finished specification width of 1200 mm.

Main Technical Parameters

• Cut-end deviation of ±0.5 mm with consistent paper roll tightness, or set to a certain cutting length.
• Deviation of cutting width: ±0.3 mm.
• Cutter swing arm shaft adjusting via aluminium shell worm reducer and wheel control — convenient and comfortable.
• Taking-up equipment adopts a double rewinding shaft and can select a different roll per requirement; equipped with air-expansion (1 x 3-inch air-expansion rewinding shaft).
• Built-in error correction system maintains good roll condition; scrape edge of 3-8 mm.
• Unwinding parts adjust from left to right; air-expansion shafts make handling safe and convenient.
• Feeding tension control: 20 kg magnetic powder control.
